The following Terms of Use of the Embassy of the Republic of the Sudan-Dublin website apply to all visitors and users. The Embassy reserves the right to expel users and to prevent their further access for any violation of the Terms of Use, any regulations, laws or rules of the Website.

  7. The use of the Embassy name to submit any false or incomplete or libellous information is prohibited.

Please note, any violation of the Embassy websites network security or system may result in civil/and or criminal liability. The Embassy of the Sudan-Dublin website will investigate any occurrence which may involve any such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in the prosecution of any and all users who may be involved in such violations.

In no event shall the Embassy of the Republic of the Sudan-Dublin be liable for any damages whatsoever, including, direct or indirect, incidental and consequential damages, or damages resulting from the use of this website or the users inability to use this website.
